FOUR people have died in a three-car horror smash on a busy motorway.
Police were scrambled to the M6 at Ballinasloe, County Galway, at around 7.40pm yesterday.

Tragically all four people couldn't be saved and were declared dead at the scene.
No details on their ages or whether they were travelling in the same car have been released.
At least one other person was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
A car was travelling in the wrong direction down the motorway when the crash happened, Irish Examiner reports.
The M6 has now been closed between junctions 14 and 15 while investigators search for clues.
Police are now appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.

A spokesperson said: "Gardai are appealing to any witnesses of this collision to come forward.
"Gardai are also appealing to any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling on the M6 at Poolboy, Ballinasloe, at the time to make this footage available to Gardaí.
"Anyone with information is asked to contact Ballinasloe Garda Station on 090 9631890, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station."
