A voiceover states: "This is what happens when you take 45 minutes to make one order and no drivers want to collect."
The camera pans around to show the paper "McDelivery" bags stretching back as frantic restaurant staff shout out order numbers.
While the location of the franchise in question was not mentioned, viewers quickly took to the comments to blast the chain itself.
One customer claimed food arrives "stone cold" due to restaurant delays - while another asked why managers don't refuse orders until the rush dies down.
McDonald's uses delivery apps Uber Eats and Just Eat to get food straight to customers' doors.
But drivers themselves claim they often turn down orders from the takeaway due to long wait times which leave customers dissapointed.
