A 12-YEAR-old boy has died after he sustained serious injuries during an activity at an indoor ski centre in Staffordshire.
Police were called to the Snow Dome in Tamworth at around 18:40 today after reports of a child had been hurt.

Paramedics rushed to the scene but despite their efforts the 12-year-old was sadly pronounced dead.
Specialist police officers are now supporting his family.
A man is also being treated for injuries following the tragic incident.
A police spokesman said: "We were called at 6.40pm this evening to reports that a child had been seriously injured during an activity in the Snow Dome in Tamworth.
"Officers attended the location along with ambulance crews who treated a boy at the scene.
"Sadly, the boy, aged 12, died of his injuries shortly afterwards.

Staffordshire Police have urged people not to speculate about the incident or to share any images or footage they may have.
"The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) have been informed of the incident," police confirmed.
