PETALING JAYA: Malaysia administered 252,773 doses of Covid-19 vaccines as of Wednesday (June 23), says Health Minister Dr Adham Baba (pic).

       He said in a tweet on his official account that this means that in total 6,554,500 doses of Covid-19 vaccines have been administered.

       Dr Adham added that of that number, 4,749,133 people have received their first dose while another 1,805,367 people have received both doses.

       Prior to this, he had announced on Wednesday that Malaysia reached another milestone in the roll-out of Covid-19 vaccines as it crossed the 250,000 daily dose mark on Tuesday (June 22).
