PETALING JAYA: Vaccination for both adult Malaysians and foreigners in the Klang Valley will only be based on appointments beginning Monday (Oct 4).
The Covid-19 Immunisation Task Force (CITF) said that all adults, including those who missed their appointments for the second dose, would need to make an appointment by calling or emailing the vaccination action room in their respective districts.
"For adolescents aged between 12 and 17, their vaccination schedule will refer to what the Health Ministry has announced earlier.
"For more details, people can contact their nearest health clinic (Klinik Kesihatan) or district health office," it said in a statement on Saturday (Oct 2).
Adult vaccination in the Klang Valley continued and involved selected health clinics in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya since Friday (Oct 1).
