KUALA LUMPUR: Seremban Engineering Bhd (SEB) saw its shares hit limit-up in early trade Friday to a record high of RM1.21.
The engineering services provider jumped 32.97%, or 30 sen to RM1.21 at 9.41am. The counter has risen over 71% so far this year.
SEB’s net profit surged 195% to RM8.16mil in the fourth quarter ended June 30, against RM2.77mil posted a year ago.
Its revenue for the quarter rose 134.8% to RM41.46mil from RM17.65mil last year.
In the first half to June 30, SEB posted a net profit of RM2.81mil, down 13.6% from RM3.26mil last year, while revenue jumped 28.3% to RM93.8mil against RM73.08mil previously.
