PETALING JAYA: Haily Group Bhd has bagged a RM24.5mil terrace residential project in Plentong, Johor Baru.

       In a statement, the company said its wholly-owned subsidiary Haily Construction Sdn Bhd has accepted the letter of award for the project from Meridin East Sdn Bhd.

       “The contract awarded by Meridin East is a firm price contract. The company expects this to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets over the duration of the project,” it added. While the date of commencement has not been set, pending instruction from the architect, the project is scheduled for completion within 15 months.

       The project comprises 155 units of double storey terrace houses, one unit single chamber TNB sub-station, two units double chamber TNB sub-stations and one unit main switch station.
