ENGLAND ace Jack Grealish has paid tribute to a "beautiful" influencer who was killed in a horror car crash.

       Paige Rice, 22, died in the early hours of Sunday morning after the car she was travelling in collided with a taxi in Liverpool.

       Manchester City star Grealish, 26, donated ￡5,000 towards a fundraiser for Paige's family, who are from Marston Green, West Midlands.

       In an Instagram post, the kindhearted ex-Aston Villa player shared a photo of Paige with her mum and brother alongside a broken heart and crying emoji with the tribute: "RIP Paige."

       It's understood Grealish didn't know Paige, but reached out to one of her friends and offered to donate, Birmingham Live reports.

       The GoFundMe page has raised more than ￡28,000 for Paige's family so far.

       'BEAUTIFUL WOMAN'

       Paige's boyfriend was driving the Audi S3 car which was involved in the collision at 12.25am.

       They were both rushed to hospital with multiple injuries, but Paige died later.

       Her boyfriend is fighting for his life in hospital and the taxi driver, who is in his 40s, is still in a serious condition.

       Yesterday, Paige's mum Clare Rice paid tribute to her daughter who had "had a heart of gold".

       Mrs Rice told Birmingham Live: "She was a beautiful woman inside and out. Her smile would light up a room."

       Paige had started working as a make up artist when she was 15 and was working selling cars and as a nail technician when she died.

       She was "incredibly popular and had so many friends", her mum said in a heartbreaking tribute to her daughter.

       Dance-lover Paige had gone to Valentine Theatre School as a young girl before starting her own make-up artist business when she was 15.

       Mrs Rice added: "She loved social media and had a large following on Instagram.

       "Paige was visiting her boyfriend in Liverpool when she died.

       "I am still in shock at the moment and the only thing that is keeping me going is the incredible support and lovely tributes that people have left on social media.

       "It shows just how loved she was."

       Mrs Rice also revealed that her and Paige had "spoken recently about death and she told me that if she died to remember that she lived life to the absolute full. And she did."

       She said Paige had been very close to her and her brother, Tyler, with the tight-knit family trio "like the Three Musketeers".

       Paige had supported her mum through chronic illness and "was my rock", she said.

       Mrs Rice said: "I have chronic illnesses and Paige has pushed me to stay positive and to keep going.

       MUM'S HEARTBREAK

       "She had massive dreams, wanted to see the world and live a full life.

       "Paige would fill her time with being social in between working hard and looking after me."

       Merseyside Police are investigating the fatal crash.

       Matrix Inspector Mark Worrell said: “The incident is currently under investigation and I would ask anyone who saw anything prior to the collision which could assist our enquiries to get in touch.

       “It is believed that prior to entering the tunnel the Audi had been in collision with another vehicle on the Hunter Street roundabout."
