PETALING JAYA: EP Manufacturing Bhd (EPMB), a company mainly involved in automotive and engineering, has announced the appointment of two new directors to its board as it seeks to undertake a new business agenda to turn around the prospects of the company.

       The two new directors are independent non-executive director Derek Cheng Sheng and executive director Mac Ho Kok Wei.

       EPMB executive chairman Hamidon Abdullah said: “Despite the unprecedented challenges brought upon by the global pandemic, the group is unwavering in its confidence that the current business will remain resilient for the long term.

       “We are keeping a keen eye for future opportunities post-pandemic and have decided that now is the right time to capture innovation opportunities beyond the traditional automotive value chain.”
