He said some RM230mil has been allocated for the maintenance and repairs of police quarters as well as schools and housing in military camps.
"To strengthen the nation's sovereignty, the government will also add eight more General Operation Force (GOF) security posts including in Pagalungan, Sabah and Temong Mura in Sarawak.
"It will improve border security," he said during his Budget 2022 speech.
Four more immigration entry points will be introduced including in Telok Melano and Baleh in Sarawak, he added.
"It will increase movement through immigration following the change in Indonesia's capital to Kalimantan and the opening of the Pan Borneo Highway's Telok Melano alignment," Tengku Zafrul said.
He also announced that some RM100mil has been allocated to the National Disaster Management Agency (Nadma) for flood preparations and aid for victims.
"The allocation will be used for flood preparations including food aid for flood victims," he said.
