Princess Eugenie and Zara Tindall's royal babies were christened at Windsor on Sunday. Members of the Royal Family including the Queen were pictured attending the event at the Royal Lodge in Windsor Great Park.

Fans of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge took to Twitter to speculate over whether snaps of the pair would emerge.

The Cambridges were reportedly among royals attending the family occasion.

One Twitter user with the handle @lovecambridges_ tweeted: "I hope we will get a few pictures of the Royal Family when they will arrive at August and Lucas's christening."

In another tweet they added: "Pictures of William and Catherine? Or no one saw them arriving lol."

Another with the handle @ShobaRachel replied: "Exactly what I am looking for!!"

One more, @jecorrea10, added: "Looked to me that they were in the back seat of Peter Philip’s car."

The Queen, Eugenie, Jack Brooksbank, Zara and Mike Tindall were among royals pictured attending the christening.

Royal fans were pleased to see the monarch out and about after she has recently had to pull out of a number of engagements.

Another, @HeatherKathle10, added: "Looking Radiant Your Majesty."

Zara and Mike's son Lucas Philip was christened alongside Eugenie and Jack's son August.

Eugenie was spotted arriving at the royal residence in Windsor just before 4pm on Sunday.

The Queen was photographed leaving in the backseat of a black Range Rover just before 5pm.

The monarch, who was unable to attend the Remembrance Sunday service at the Cenotaph earlier this month due to a sprained back, wore a lime green hat.

The occasion marks the first time in modern history there has been a double royal christening in the UK.

Eugenie and Jack welcomed their first child in February.

Zara and Mike's third child arrived a month later in March.

It has been a bumper year for royal babies after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who are living in California, welcomed their daughter Lilibet in June.
