PETALING JAYA: Malaysia recorded 4,239 new Covid-19 infections on Sunday (Nov 28), says Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
The Health director-general added that this brings the cumulative total of Covid-19 infections in the country to 2,623,816 since the pandemic began.
In a tweet, Dr Noor Hisham also said that more detailed data on daily infections, recoveries and hospital utilisation will be uploaded to the Health Ministry's CovidNow portal at midnight.
A check of the Health Ministry's GitHub data repository also showed that this is the first time Malaysia reported less than 4,500 daily new Covid-19 infections since Nov 7, 2021, when 4,343 cases were recorded.
