Footage from the scene shared by Michael Booth shows a heavily damaged car in the greenery on the side of the road. It appears the vehicle had gone through a central reservation barrier and onto the opposing carriageway. The video shows huge traffic on the stretch of one the side of the motorway the car crashed off. On the opposing carriageway, the road is closed as rescue workers are seen clearing debris and towing away another car.
