KUALA LUMPIR: VSTECS Bhd 's unit has been appointed the official distributor of automation vendor Puppet Inc as it aims to capitalise on the growing need for compliance across all sectors.

       According to a statement by VSTECS, Puppet is the industry standard for IT automation and helps enterprises modernise and manage their infrastructure with the solutions to automate anywhere, reliably scale, and integrate compliance and security across hybrid infrastructure.

       "Puppet’s customers which include local leading enterprises will benefit from VSTECS’ comprehensive range of professional, technical support and training services.

       "As we grow our customer base in Malaysia, we look forward to leveraging VSTECS’ well established and highly efficient logistical and ICT infrastructure for distribution," said Puppet regional director for Asia and Japan Rachel Lew.

       Meanwhile, VSTECS CEO JH Soon said cyber security resilience has been at the forefront of every organisation's radar screen, especially in today's mobile working environment.
