Time to add nuance to the narrative on climate support

       SINGAPORE - Last month, nearly 200 nations met in Glasgow, Scotland, for the 26th Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP26).

       Much of the focus during the first week was on which of the world's leaders were in attendance, and whether wealthy nations and the largest emitters were doing enough on climate finance and action.
