Boris Johnson has recently reintroduced working from home and mandatory indoor public face masks as the Omicron variant spreads in the UK. The Government has been warned the new variant is currently infecting 200,000 people a day in Britain and is on track to become the dominant strain. A Government source warned the Sun: “You will be able to see your family at Christmas, but at this rate, you might not be able to do it in a pub. As for New Year’s Eve, that is a different story.”
