KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia has rectified a problem whereby investors logging onto their share trading platforms earlier today were not able to view the value of the FBM KLCI.
However, the stock market operator announced on its website that as at 9.45am, the dissemination of information on the benchmark index had resumed.
A check earlier today on several market information service providers suggested that while certain details such as stock price changes and trading volume and value were available, the points contributions of constituent counters to the FBM KLCI could not be viewed.
At the time of writing, the reason for the disruption remains unclear.
