KUALA LUMPUR: Youth and Sports Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu has agreed with former Prime minister Najib Razak, who criticised him for organising a launch ceremony for his ministry's flood relief effort.

       The former Prime Minister said on Facebook that it was better to give aid immediately rather than hold a ceremony.

       In response, Ahmad Faizal had said that it was true that there was no need for such a ceremony and that the Youth and Sports Ministry would strive to do better n the future.

       Earlier today, the Ministry had launched the KBS Post-Flood Volunteers Squad at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre, here on Saturday (Dec 19).
