THE horror home where Arthur Labinjo-Hughes was tortured and killed is set to be demolished and turned into a memorial garden, it has been reported.
Dad Thomas Hughes and step-mum Emma Tustin waged a sick "campaign of cruelty" against little Arthur at the council-owned house in Solihull, West Mids.

The youngster was segregated for 14 hours a day and forced to sleep on the floor in a brutal struggle that matched the “medical definition of child torture”.
He was also poisoned with so much salt he was too weak to even put up a fight against his torturers' horrific abuse.
A council source told The Mirror: “Local people really want to see the house demolished and turned into a memorial garden in Arthur’s memory.
“The council owns the end terrace property and adjoining homes so it is completely in its gift but no family would want to raise their children in such a cursed home.
“A garden would be a fitting memorial to Arthur and maybe kids from the local school could help design it.”
Council chiefs may also consider a community hub or play area at the site so “something lasting” can come of his tragic death, they said.

It come after a nationwide review was commissioned to examine whether opportunities were missed by authorities to save Arthur.
A spokesperson for Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council said it would be inappropriate to comment ahead of the findings of the Local Child Safeguarding Practice Review.
Arthur died last June after sustaining an unsurvivable brain injury at the hands of Tustin, 32, who was jailed for a minimum of 29 years for her step-son's murder.
Hughes, 29, will serve for 29 years for his manslaughter.
Jailing the pair, Mr Justice Mark Wall QC said the case was "without doubt one of the most distressing and disturbing" he has ever dealt with.
He said: "This cruel and inhuman treatment of Arthur was a deliberate decision by you to brush off his cries for help as naughtiness."
Tustin, who is serving out her sentence at HMP Peterborough in Cambridgeshire, has since been placed in isolation for her own safety.
She is understood to be a high target for fellow prisoners, who are previously said to have poisoned the killer with salt in revenge for her own cruelty.
It comes after Arthur's frail and skeletal body was covered with 130 bruises and he suffered 93 different areas of injury - including on his head, arms, legs, feet and torso.
Even if just half of the 130 bruises on Arthur's body were the result of abuse, it would still be a mark for every day he spent being "terrorised" during lockdown.
INHUMAN TREATMENT
Chillingly, his final months on earth were captured in harrowing audio clips and recordings made by Tustin and Hughes.
Arthur could be heard wailing in one 23-second recording "no one loves me" and "no one is going to feed me".
The youngster had been placed in his dad's care after his mum was jailed for 18 years for stabbing her boyfriend to death.
But his "stable" life began to spiral when Hughes embarked on a relationship with Tustin.
Due to the national lockdown last year, the couple moved into Tustin's home in Shirley with Arthur - sparking a tsunami of abuse that ended in the boy's life cruelly being snuffed out.
During his last few months, Tustin recorded more than 22 pictures and videos of Arthur in distress.
He was deprived of a bed and forced to sleep on the living room floor with just a duvet despite there being plenty of beds in the house.
The youngster even became too weak to even hold a glass of water to his chapped lips.
