Snowflake bosses at the Courts and Tribunal Judiciary advise them to use gender-neutral language such as “postal operative”.

Women must not be called “ladies” because this is considered patronising, the hefty 566-page document claims.
But critics say the governing body should focus instead on tackling the backlog of cases, currently 60,000-plus at crown courts in England and Wales.
Tory MP Nigel Mills added: “This is just ridiculous. It is nonsense and bizarre.
“The priority shouldn’t be this woke agenda, which doesn’t work in the real world.
"It is a waste of time, effort and money better spent supporting the public.”
