PETALING JAYA: Censof Holdings Bhd has secured a contract worth RM5.14mil from Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial (Perkeso) to manage and upgrade the latter’s data storage for its comprehensive Saga System.

       In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Censof said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Century Software (M) Sdn Bhd, had accepted a letter of award from Perkeso for the job. The contract is for a period of three years, commencing from Feb 1, 2022 to Jan 31, 2025.

       “The contract will not have any material effect on the issued and paid-up capital, substantial shareholders’ shareholding, net asset per share and gearing of the company and its subsidiaries.

       “Bearing any unforeseen circumstances, the board is of the opinion that the contract will contribute positively to the earnings per share and the future earnings of Censof Group.”
