PETALING JAYA: Shares of Careplus Group Bhd will be transferred to the Main Market from the ACE Market this Friday.

       In a statement, Bursa Malaysia said the listing transfer would take place on Dec 31, 2021, at 9am. Shares of the glove maker would be categorised under the healthcare sector. The counter shed one sen to close at RM1.06 yesterday.

       For the nine months to September 2021, Careplus’ net profit stood at RM236.99mil, or 43.45 sen per share, on a revenue of RM591.22mil.

       This compared with a net profit of RM80.21mil, or 14.97 sen a share, on a revenue of RM346.3mil in the corresponding period last year.
