POLICE have launched a manhunt after a 15-year-old boy was stabbed to death in a park in London.
Detectives were called to the scene this evening at Ashburton Park in Croydon.

Shortly after 7pm officers arrived at the scene and found the teen suffering from stab injuries.
Met Police provided first aid prior to the arrival of the London Ambulance Service.
However, despite their best efforts, the 15-year-old victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
His next of kin have been informed, Met Police confirmed.
Formal identification has not taken place and a post-mortem examination is expected to be held in due course.
A crime scene remains in place.

Detectives from the Specialist Crime Command have been informed.
At this early stage, there have been no arrests and enquiries continue.
