Culpeper County Public Schools will be closed Friday. Fairfax County Public Schools classes are canceled Friday. Falls Church City Public Schools will be closed Friday. Fauquier County Public Schools will be closed Friday. Fredericksburg City Public Schools classes are canceled Friday.

       Loudoun County Public Schools will be closed Friday. The system said it will announce by noon whether on-campus activities can occur later in the day. Manassas City Public Schools will be closed Friday. It is a Code Blue day for employees Prince William County Public Schools classes are canceled Friday. It is a Code Green day for employees. Spotsylvania County Public Schools are closed Friday. Stafford County Public Schools classes are canceled Friday.

       School delays

       Anne Arundel County Public Schools will open two hours late Friday. Conditions will be re-evaluated in the morning. Calvert County Public Schools will open on a two-hour delay Friday, though said a closure is possible. An update is expected by 7 a.m. Frederick County (Md.) Public Schools will open two hours late Friday. Montgomery County Public Schools will open two hours late Friday. Morning pre-K and morning half-day programs and field trips are canceled.
