TAIWANESE pop star Show Lo (pic), who made headlines over his cheating scandal, has a big lion tattoo on his torso, reported China Press.

The 42-year-old, who is in San Francisco for a performance, posted a shirtless photo on social media of himself with a tattoo of a lion wearing a war bonnet – headgear made of feathers traditionally worn by male Native American leaders – across his chest and right shoulder.

Fans were excited by the photo, with many praising how intricate the tattoo was.

“It is so cool!” one fan wrote.

In 2020, Lo’s then girlfriend Grace Chow, who is an Internet celebrity in China, made an explosive social media post accusing him of sleeping with female artistes under his wing.

Chow claimed that Lo would invite women to his hotel room whenever he went on work trips and brought women to their house whenever she was not around.

Lo has since made several public apologies for his behaviour and made attempts to win Chow back, to no avail.

The scandal was reported to have caused him to lose nearly NT$600mil (RM87mil) in axed celebrity endorsement deals.

When his scandal made headlines, Lo kept a low profile online until recently when he made an official comeback to the entertainment industry by performing at a New Year’s Eve concert in Taiwan after a two-year hiatus from performing.

       > Consumers in China are grabbing products from Louis Vuitton stores across the country following news the designer brand will be raising prices, reported China Press.

Shoppers were seen lining up outside LV stores in cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Xiamen.

Fans of the luxury brand were photographed carting as many as seven large shopping bags filled with goods out of the stores.

Chinese social media was also inundated with photos and messages posted by Internet users sharing tips on stores that were less crowded or whether or not a store still had a particular item in stock.

The above articles are compiled from the vernacular newspapers (Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and Tamil dailies). As such, stories are grouped according to the respective language/medium. Where a paragraph begins with a >, it denotes a separate news item.
