KUALA LUMPUR: InvestKL has warned of phishing attempts by fraudsters using its brand name to deceive the public into investing with fast returns.
In a statement, InvestKL said numerous information and complaints related to these irresponsible activities have been brought to its attention.
"Please be advised that InvestKL is not involved nor associated with any activity of personal data sharing and deposit transactions.
"We strongly advise the public to ignore such requests and refrain from transferring any amount of money to an unknown third-party account. InvestKL will never request your personal or banking data under any circumstances,” it said.
