SEREMBAN: Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun has tested positive for Covid-19, his office said in a statement.Aminuddin, who has received his Covid-19 vaccine booster shot, will undergo isolation as per the Covid-19 health procedure.

       “The Mentri Besar regularly does the RT-PCR test as well as self-testing.

       “The last time he did the RTK Antigen test was on Monday and the result was negative,” said the statement.

       It added that despite being in isolation, Aminuddin would continue carrying out tasks wherever possible.

       The number of Covid-19 cases in the state rose to 1,998 on Wednesday.

       In total, 138,562 cases and 1,355 deaths have been reported in Negri Sembilan since the start of the pandemic.
