1. Poland offers fighter jets to help Ukraine repel Russians
Poland has offered all its MiG-29 fighter jets to the United States Government as part of a proposal to get them to the Ukrainians.

3. Top British lawyer who worked for oligarch accused of creating sanction 'loopholes'
One of Britain’s leading QC’s has been accused of introducing “loopholes” into British sanctions law after working for a Putin-linked oligarch.
Lord Pannick QC proposed amendments to legislation in 2017 that allow the Government to act against oligarchs after representing Arkady Rotenberg, a close friend and judo partner of Vladimir Putin and one of Russia’s richest men. Read the full story.
4. John Bercow banned from Parliament after inquiry brands him a ‘serial bully’
John Bercow has been banned from Parliament for life after being found to be a “serial bully” and a liar.
An independent inquiry upheld 21 allegations against the former Commons speaker by three former members of staff, who was found to have sworn at and belittled colleagues, and smashed a mobile phone on a desk. Read the full story.
5. Sajid Javid: NHS cash is being wasted on preventable diseases
Nearly half the NHS budget is being spent on diseases that could have been prevented, the Health Secretary has said as he urges people to take “individual responsibility” for their health.
Sajid Javid said that Britain’s overall health budget was now bigger than the GDP of Greece, warning that the NHS cannot continue spending “vast sums” on “wholly avoidable” lifestyle conditions. Read the full story.
