A FAMILY have revealed their agony after their OAP mum married a toyboy in secret months before her death - leaving him her £200,000 fortune.
Joan Blass, 91, married 67-year-old Colman Folan just months before she died in March 2016 - meaning her will was void and he received all her assets.

Joan, who had vascular dementia, still wore her wedding ring from her late husband Ron, who died in 2008 after 50 years of being together.
Her son Michael, 53, and daughter Daphne, 62, became concerned when the man 23 years younger than her befriended her and moved in just five months before her death.
Mrs Franks said: "Mum never seemed to know he lived there. She was asking, 'what is his name? Where did he come from?'"
To her horror, Daphne discovered three days after her mother's death that she had been married in a civil ceremony at Leeds Town Hall.

This meant that her two children lost out on their £200,000 inheritance because the registry office ceremony annulled her will.
Her will was now classed as void and Joan died intestate - meaning her new husband automatically inherited her assets.
Speaking to Predatory Marriage UK, Daphne said: "We had contacted my mother's GP on so many occasions, the police, the social services, and had also taken legal advice and had been told that she could not make another will or marry again because of her severe dementia."
Joan's daughter then started to take legal action against Mr Nolan over the funeral arrangements.

But the hearing favoured Folan - and Daphne and her family were then slapped with a £200,000 legal bill.
None of Joan's family members were invited to her funeral and the OAP was buried in an unmarked grave.
Folan remained in Joan's house after she died - and has since remarried.
Now Daphne is fighting against "predatory marriages" aiming to stop marriage revoking a will.
She believes this will remove a lot of the incentive "to commit predatory marriage."
Speaking to the Guardian, Daphne said: "I was utterly traumatised. Just broken. I try to blot out the emotion, as it was all so unbearable.
"I’ve never set foot in my mum’s house since the day she died. My wedding dress was in there. My grandfather’s letters from the first world war.
"We sold our house and left, as it was too painful to stay. Every memory was tarnished.”

Richard Robinson, CEO of elderly abuse victim charity Hourglass said: "Thankfully we are increasingly aware of other forms of abuse like child abuse and domestic violence, but the abuse of older people remains in the shadows even though it affects millions.
"So many people are suffering and don't know where to turn for help."
