PETALING JAYA: NCT Alliance Bhd has tied up with Maybank Islamic to offer a home ownership financing solution, called HouzKEY programme.

       In a statement, NCT said purchasers of its high-rise project, Acacia Residences, in Salak Perdana in Selangor can benefit from the HouzKEY home ownership financing solution that offers 100% financing with no down payment required, only a three-month fully refundable deposit and the lowest rate for the first five years.

       Under this initiative, the company said purchasers would not have to make payments during the construction period for projects until they have obtained their keys.
