PETALING JAYA: Datasonic Group Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Datasonic Technologies Sdn Bhd (DTSB) has been awarded a RM9.66mil contract by Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial (Perkeso) (pic) to develop a data analytics hub for employment insurance system.

       The project would commence on July 1, 2022 for a period of five years ending June 30, 2027, Datasonic said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

       According to the letter of award, DTSB was required to furnish a performance bond amounting to RM96,590 to Perkeso, valid from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2028.

       Datasonic's passport reader
