KEVIN Spacey told police he may have made a “clumsy pass” at another man at his luxury holiday home, a jury heard yesterday.

       The actor, described as a “sexual bully” in court, admitted it may have happened when he invited his alleged victim and pals back for drinks.

       He was quizzed by cops after the complainant alleged double Oscar-winner Spacey kissed him twice down the neck and grabbed his crotch while telling him, “Be cool. Be cool”.

       It happened at the star’s Cotswolds holiday property in April 2013, it was said.

       Spacey, 63, told police: “It is entirely possible I made a clumsy pass at some point.

       “It is entirely possible that making a pass, either kissing or embracing someone whilst believing they were consenting, I could’ve brushed someone’s crotch with my hand.

       “I have never attempted to grab anyone’s crotch while attempting to make a pass.”

       Spacey — accused of sexually assaulting four men over 13 years — said he’d had “numerous consensual one-night stands with members of the public in my properties”.

       He claimed to have “no recollection” of performing a sex act on a sleeping would-be actor in August 2008.

       The alleged victim claimed he woke to find the House of Cards star abusing him at Spacey’s flat in Waterloo, South London.

       Spacey said he could not rule out the man had visited.

       In interview, Spacey also said he could not recall an alleged attack at a charity event in March 2005.

       It was claimed he stared at a man’s groin and fired lewd questions at him before sexually assaulting him twice.

       Most of Spacey’s alleged assaults took place when he was artistic director at The Old Vic theatre in Waterloo.

       Jurors have been told he delighted in making his victims “feel powerless and uncomfortable”.

       Spacey, originally from New Jersey, USA, denies three indecent assaults and seven sexual assaults.

       He also pleads not guilty to causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent, and causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent.

       The allegations date from 2001 and 2013.

       Spacey is due to begin giving evidence today at Southwark crown court.
