A teacher who was jailed for having sex with a teenage pupil has been "flirting" with colleagues at her new job on a council site, according to reports.
Kandice Barber, 37, was jailed for six years and two months in 2021 after flirting with her schoolboy victim, 15, before having sex with him in a field.
Barber is on temporary release from prison and is working at the site in Hounslow, West London, as a gate guard.
Sources have told The Sun that she is "loving" the new job - adding she's "proving a hit with the lads" on the site.
One said: "Kandice turned up about two months ago, which was a complete shock because she should have still been behind bars.

"She’s attractive looking, so she’s already proving a hit with the lads, who have no idea about her background.
"It’s no secret she’s a massive flirt and lots of the staff there have already noticed her."
Barber has been pictured wearing a hard hat as she checks security passed on the construction site in her new job as a gate guard.
She is on placement with Wates Construction which has confirmed she is on temporary release - used to reintegrate inmates before their release.

The mum-of-three worked at a school in Princes Risborough, Bucks, where she sent the victim flirty messages during a school assembly. She also sent him topless snaps.
Barber, from Wendover, Bucks, kissed the boy on the neck before whispering "What do you want to do now?" before driving him to a field where they had sex.
Following her trial, ex-lovers complained she would demand sex up to five times a day and insisted on dirty weekends away so she could catch up on her strict sex quota.
It was recently revealed Barber’s husband Daniel had moved on with a new woman, despite originally vowing to stay with his wife through her jail sentence after being pictured arriving at court with her.

The Ministry of Justice said prisoners are subject to "tough risk assessments" before they are allowed out on temporary release.
It added: "They must also abide by strict rules and face extra time behind bars if they don’t comply."
Wates Construction said: "We provide placements to offenders as part of the Ministry of Justice’s Release on Temporary Licence scheme.
"We work closely with the MoJ, have rigorous safeguarding processes in place, and are committed to ensuring the safety of the communities that we serve."
