The fire swept through the property as the youngster was trapped in her sister's bedroom.
Alysia was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.
On Saturday her family laid the "beautiful little girl" to rest in a small service at Parc Gwyn Crematorium in Narberth.
A pink and white floral arrangement spelt out Alysia's name as her loved ones said their final goodbye.

The little girl's coffin, which was decorated with sharks, was topped with flowers in the shape of a teddy with a cuddly bear placed next to them.
A few words were spoken as Alysia's mum Tara said she missed her smile "more than anything else".
The heartbroken mum said her two other daughters, Abigail, 11, and Jessica, 15, who survived the fire, "don't know what to do with themselves" since the horror.
Alysia was "nowhere to be found" when emergency services scrambled to the home around 10pm on that night.

After the fire, mum Tara said: "This weekend I lost the light in my life in the most horrific way possible.
“Everything she met was lit up by her beautiful smile. In one night, everything was cruelly taken from us. Life is not fair.
“The fire has taken literally everything - our house, our possessions, the car and my beautiful little girl Lysi.
"It’s incredible how you can lose everything in a split second."
Emergency services personnel worked to extinguish the flames, with multiple fire crews, police units, and paramedics at the scene.
The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
The family lost everything in the blaze and a GoFundMe has since been set up to help them with £21k already being raised.
An inquest into Alysia's death was opened on June 9 but has been adjourned until October 12.
