An angry dad launched an attack that resulted in his neighbour suffering a broken nose after his driving "put his children at risk".
Jess Gazey, 32, was furious when he knocked on Adam Gurjee's door on July 22 last year to confront him about his driving.
Gazey said Sycamore Drive in Wesham, Lancashire, where he and Mr Gurjee both lived, was a 20mph road and Mr Gurjee put his children and others who were playing out in the street at risk.
However, when Mr Gurjee appeared "nonchalant", Gazey lost his temper and pushed him back into the doorway of his home, LancsLive reports.
Mr Gurjee's brother Daniel stepped in to help remove Gazey from the house but was punched in the face during the struggle.

As the row spilled onto the front of the property, Gazey's wife tried to intervene but was also caught in the melee. Another man stepped in and pulled Gazey away from the Gurjee brothers.
As Gazey walked away from the address, he was still shouting. Daniel Gurjee suffered a broken nose, which required surgery under general anaesthetic.
Gazey pleaded guilty to ABH and common assault and appeared at Preston Crown Court to be sentenced. The court heard he is a hard-working family man who acted out of character when he lost his temper with his neighbour.
Since the attack he has taken steps to learn ways to control his anger and is determined to show respect in his community.

Honorary Recorder of Preston, Judge Robert Altham, said Gazey was “essentially a decent man” who had “lost his temper”.
He said: "You are essentially a decent man who has, regrettably on this occasion, lost his temper on this occasion and acted in a criminal way. Both the offences are significantly aggravated by the presence of children.
“To assault someone where young children can see is very harmful. It does children no good to see adults behaving violently towards each other."
He sentenced Gazey, of Sycamore Drive, Wesham, to a 20-month community order with 160 hours of unpaid work.
In another neighbour dispute Express.co.uk reports residents in the US went to court in a row over the "introduction of structrues" that attracted avian visitors.
Four residents based in the city of Harahan, Louisiana, filed a complaint about their neighbours after they installed public structures that allegedly lured hundreds of birds into the area.
