The expert, who has more than 20 years of experience working with aggressive animals, said the beasts are too "dangerous to live".
It comes amid fears breeders have tampered with the dogs' DNA to enhance muscles, size and power.
Despite recent and regular maulings, the XL bully is not banned in the UK.
In June this year, a grandma was killed by the dog breed as she sunbathed in her garden.

And in May, Jonathan Hogg was also savaged to death.
Tragic cases also include the killing of 10-year-old Jack Lis and 17-month-old Bella-Rae Birch.
Mr Rawlinson however believes this is just the start of an epidemic as the dogs grow stronger.
He told MailOnline: "These dogs are a danger to women, children and everyone else.

XL Bullys are usually bred from a combination of several dogs. The main one is the American Pit Bull terrier, which is banned in the UK.
However, with the XL Bully still not banned, underground breeders are able to mix Pit Bulls with other breeds.
These include the American Bulldog, Old English Bulldog and the Mastiff, to create the new killer breed and dodge the law.
It comes after a 10-year-old child, woman and a man have been injured after being mauled by a dog.
The schoolchild and man suffered serious leg wounds in Monday's attack by a pitbull-type dog in Huddersfield.
Officers managed to get the dog - described as a family pet - under control before they took it away.
