But research into 2,000 hybrid workers tracked their health data and found 60 per cent are unhealthier on the WFH days than when they make it into the office.
The data shows Brits consume an average 2,752 calories at home, compared with 1,961 in a typical office day.
And those going into their offices walk an average 8,087 steps compared with 4,518 when working from home.
Almost half of workers quizzed said they do not leave the house when working from home.

On average, Brits say they look in the fridge or food cupboard out of sheer boredom six times a day — with more than a third admitting they are eating even when not hungry.
The majority snack on crisps, biscuits, chocolate and sweets throughout the day and say they are less tempted to scoff when in the office.
Brookell White, dietitian at MyFitnessPal which provided the data, said: “Working from home may lack structure and routine.
“This can make it easy to reach for snacks you may not have in an office setting.”
