One of the four suspects, Roberto Carlos Rivera-Delgado, 23, was arrested in Nevada on a parole violation and was extradited to Montgomery County on Sept. 29, the police said.
The grave was found less than three weeks ago, police said. After an Oct. 1 autopsy, the death was ruled a homicide.
Also charged with murder were Iris Yudella Alonzo-Salgado, 23, of Frederick, and Aracely Abarca-Melgar, 21, of Manchester, N.H., the police said. No address was given for Rivera-Delgado.
The fourth suspect was described by police as a teenager who is younger than 18. The Washington Post is withholding the teenager’s name because of the suspect’s age.
No cause of death was given by police, and it was not clear where the death occurred. The announcement did not specify a motive.
