A little wintry: Ice and snow are likely Wednesday night into Thursday across Upstate New York into New England. Since temperatures are forecast to be only marginally supportive of wintry weather, and it has been mild going in, any accumulation is mainly on grassy and elevated surfaces. Up to a 10th of an inch or a bit more of ice is possible in parts of eastern New York, Vermont, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. These areas could also see a dusting or so of snow, with higher totals of a couple inches more likely in northern Maine and the mountains of New Hampshire.
