Officers found Grant with stab wounds in a home about 1:45 a.m. on Oct. 24 in the 4700 block of Captain Bayne Court, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to an initial investigation, police said Jackson stabbed Grant during a dispute.
Jackson is being represented by the Prince George’s County Public Defender’s office, according to online court records. A spokesperson for the public defender’s office said in a statement that the office had no comment on the case.
