PETALING JAYA: Samaiden Group Bhd’s net profit increased by 21.2% year-on-year (y-o-y) to RM2.96mil in the first quarter ended Sept 30, on the back of higher work progress in ongoing projects.
The solar engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning player’s revenue rose by 13.2% y-o-y to RM46.16mil, which Samaiden said underscored its “operational efficiency and market agility”.
In line with the improved profitability, Samaiden’ earnings per share moved north to 0.76 sen. However, no dividend was declared for the quarter.
