National Weather Service officials were expecting temperatures to hit 50 degrees Thursday, with rain coming into the area after midnight.

       Thursday is expected to be partly sunny with a high in the low 50s. Southwest winds at 10 to 15 mph, with wind gusts as high as 25 mph, are expected, officials said.

       Officials said there is a 100% chance of rain after midnight, mainly after 3 a.m. when the temperature is expected to drop to 39 degrees.

       Friday, rainfall is expected before noon with temperatures in the mid-40s.
