Officers found Requeno Rodriguez with a gunshot wound in a car just before 6 p.m. on Nov. 30, according to police. They responded to the reported shooting in the 6000 block of Oxon Hill Road.
The victim was taken to a hospital, where he died hours later, police said.
According to an initial investigation, Derrington shot Requeno Rodriguez “during a road rage incident,” police said in a news release.
It was not immediately clear whether Derrington has an attorney.
