Polish pimp Mariusz Wolynski is due to be deported back to Poland but will spend Christmas in Britain with his family

A judge ordered him to be extradited a year ago after 17 years on the run.

Last week the High Court rejected his appeal and said Wolynski must be returned to Poland.

That is not likely to be until early next year and he will remain on bail at home in Wallsend, Tyne and Wear, with his wife and son, 14, until then.

Wolynski fled to the UK in 2006 to avoid a two years, eight months jail term for making £85 in sex cash from his victim.

       He was seized last year.

During his time on the run, Wolynski has had a succession of jobs, including working as a chef at a Frankie and Benny’s restaurant.

He was married in 2016 and bought a three-bed semi-detached house in Wallsend, despite being a wanted fugitive.

The property is now worth around 148,000.

According to court documents he has also spent time in Cloverhill prison in Dublin, Republic of Ireland, in connection with an unrelated offence and has a caution for shoplifting in Britain.

He was eventually arrested by National Crime Agency officers at his home in Wallsend in June last year and faced extradition proceedings at Westminster Magistrates Court in London.

At one hearing he said: “I am now a family man.”

District Judge John Zani ruled him “a fugitive”.
