The lifeless body of Nong WanChiap was found lying naked on her bed in Ratchada, Bangkok, Thailand.

The 23-year-old was discovered with the firearm on her pillow near her left hand.
Nong WanChiap had injuries resembling gunshot wounds around her left ear.
After friends raised suspicions towards her ex-boyfriend, alarm bells started to ring and local police began investigating.
They suspected he was responsible for her death before they found him shot dead in his room.

Local media suspect he died by suicide to escape punishment.
CCTV footage from the building where Nong WanChiap lived, revealed her last moments on January 20, at around 6PM.
It showed her and her boyfriend, Tin, 40, entering her room together.
This was the last time Nong WanChiap was seen alive before she died, according to KhaoSod.

The following morning Tin was seen leaving the room alone at approximately 6.40 am, carrying Nong WanChiap's bag.
He took the lift and left the building and then drove back to his accommodation in Nonthaburi.
Nong WanChiap boasted hundreds of thousands of followers.
She came from Lopburi Province and was the CEO of a skincare business and an electronic dance music DJ.
She and her boyfriend had reportedly been together for two years.
Her friends said they often argued and she’d wanted to leave him but he’d always insist they stay together.
