Andrew RT Davies criticises Wales' new 20mph speed limit
A new tool has been launched for members of the public to object to the "disastrous" Labour scheme to impose blanket 20mph limits across Wales.
The policy championed by far-left Welsh Labour First Minister Mark Drakeford is already being partially adopted by Sadiq Khan in London and there are concerns that Keir Starmer would impose it across the UK if he wins the general election.
Starmer has already claimed that Wales "is the model" for a UK Labour government even though it has banned new road building and has been a beacon of Corbynista policies leading the way with the so-called "war on motorists".
The Welsh Tories have started the fightback against the 20mph speed limits today with a new website where members of the public can nominate their local roads to have the 20mph limit scrapped.
The website can be found here.

Welsh Conservative leader Andrew R.T. Davies told Express.co.uk: "The blanket 20mph speed limit has been a disaster from start to finish.
“That’s why we’ve launched this website as part of our campaign to reverse this anti-motorist, anti-growth policy.
“Now people in Wales can make their voices heard and send the message to Labour that time’s up for 20.”
Already one of the Welsh Labour leadership contenders hoping to replace Drakeford, Jeremy Miles, has hinted he may look at reversing the policy by promising to bring forward a review into it.
Drakeford pushed through the scheme because he claimed it would help tackle climate change and improve road safety.

An email campaign going out from the Welsh Tories will tomorrow will tell people: "It’s clear. 20mph simply isn’t working. And half a million people have said so, signing a petition against Labour’s blanket 20mph limit.
"There are also the hundreds of businesses and local economies it’s affecting.
"But the Labour Government in Wales has ignored their views and ploughed ahead regardless.

"Welsh Conservatives are keeping the fight up against this blanket limit and have launched a website for you to let us know which speed limits you want restoring.
"It’s simple, let us know which roads have had the 20mph limit imposed on them that you want putting back to their old limit - and we’ll put them directly to those in charge."
