As he delivered his Budget today, the Chancellor said he would abolish the furnished holiday lettings regime.
He said: "I have also been looking at the stamp duty relief for people who purchase more than one dwelling in a single transaction, known as multiple dwellings relief.
"I see the deputy leader of the Labour Party paying close attention given her multiple dwellings."

At this point, the Commons erupted as an angry Ms Rayner shouted back at Mr Hunt.
Deputy Speaker Eleanor Laing was forced to intervene, saying: "Order, order. Too much excitement, we haven't actually heard because we can't hear what the Chancellor is trying to say."
Mr Hunt continued: "I'm sorry to disappoint her but multiple dwellings relief was not actually designed for her but intended to support investment in the private rented sector.
"But an external evaluation found no strong evidence it had done so and that it was being regularly abused so I'm going to abolish it."
