KUCHING: The demands for allocations by Opposition Members of Parliament will be discussed in the Unity government's Leadership Council meeting on April 17.

Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof (pic) said this follows his meeting with Leader of the Opposition Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainuddin in Parliament on March 19.

"In the meeting, the Opposition said they want allocations and any conditions (to give allocations) are up to the government (to set).

"I have informed them that this matter will be brought to the level of the Unity government Leadership Council for us to present what they want," he said when met by reporters at his Aidilfitri Open House here on Saturday (April 13).
