Nigel Farage's fashion choices have led to a generation binning their trainers (Image: TikTok/@nigelfarage)
Nigel Farage seemingly led dozens of Gen Z Brits to ditch their trending adidas Gazelles after posting a video showcasing his new casual attire.
Sharing the video on TikTok, the Brexiteer showcased his new adidas trainers as he joked: "So Rishi Sunak thought he would get down with the kids and wear a pair of Sambas and it bombed. I'm not a Samba man, I'm more of a Gazelle man myself."

He added: "Did you notice at the London Marathon, adidas dominating everything. Unlike Nike who've gone all politically correct and all woke."
And while some found the video hilarious, others opted to ditch their Gazelle trainers altogether after finding out Farage owned a pair.

He wrote in the caption: "Rare political statement". A Gen Z commenter wrote: "I'm gonna end up with no trainers left". While a third added: "It's getting worse, first Rishi now Farage."
The fresh blow for adidas lovers comes after the Prime Minister was forced to apologise following online backlash from fashionistas angry he paired adidas Samba trainers with suit trousers and a white shirt.

"In my defense, I would say I have been wearing adidas trainers and Sambas and others in fact for many, many years," Rishi Sunak told LBC earlier April. But he added: "I offer a fulsome apology to the Samba community."
Farage took a swipe at Nike after they came under fire for the design of English national team's new kit. Nike’s take on the England flag, which the designer says is a "playful update" to the St George’s Cross, adds navy, light blue and purple to the design, which appears on the back of the collar.
