Sadiq Khan labels Hall 'most dangerous candidate' he's faced

       Nigel Farage erupted at Sadiq Khan after he dragged him into an attack against his Tory London mayoral rival.

       The Labour Mayor of London took to social media platform X to claim Conservative Susan Hall is the "most dangerous candidate I've ever faced".

       He shared a graphic with past tweets from Ms Hall, including one which said: "Nigel Farage should be treated with respect."

       But an angry Mr Farage replied: "What are you suggesting Sadiq Khan?

       "What level of disrespect towards me do you think would be appropriate?"

       In a series of posts, Mr Khan claimed Ms Hall "supports hard-right politicians, and holds extreme, deeply concerning views".

       He highlighted other historic tweets expressing support for former US president Donald Trump and saying not to "mistake" her for a Black Lives Matter supporter.

       The Labour politician also claimed Ms Hall is a "climate change denier and doesn't consider herself a feminist".

       He pointed to previous tweets where she warned net zero "needs to be delayed" and said she does not think of herself as a feminist.

       It comes ahead of the London mayoral election this Thursday where Mr Khan is seeking a record third term in City Hall.

       The latest poll by Savanta puts the Labour incumbent 10 points ahead of the Conservative candidate on 42 percent and 32 percent respectively.
